Eligibility for Refund
- The saree must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
- The saree should have all the original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Refund Process

Refund Options
- Full Refund: If the saree meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the saree reaches us safely.
